A prime location for a conference in cultured surroundings. Built by Ernst Abbe, the founder of the Carl Zeiss Foundation, as a 'house for the people' in 1903, the Volkshaus offers spacious rooms, outstanding acoustics and an exclusive interior.
The famous composer Max Reger performed concerts here. This is the perfect venue for high-calibre concerts, gala events and meetings in a historical setting. The stylish foyer has ample room for accompanying exhibitions. The Volkshaus is located in the heart of Jena opposite the Goethe-Galerie hotel and business centre and is quick and easy to reach.
